Digidat also helps you avoid costly errors. Digidat plots your data for review before mask-making. This includes parity, polarity and titles. We also check your data for typical data errors using our automated and proprietary MaskCheck program. Additionally, you will receive responsive personal service to guide you through the process. As an added value, Digidat will back-up your data for 5 years, free of charge. Our team is experienced with 1X, 4X and 5X steppers. Pellicles, Repell and glass cutting are also available.

We will convert a sketch, engineering drawing or other descriptive format into a CAD format suitable for creating a high-precision photomask. The GDSII data we produce is checked by our proprietary "MaskCheck" program and guaranteed photomask ready.
